Franchises: bring Divoox to your city

Every new city opens with a local partner. What you pay for isn’t a brand: it’s a complete launch, with a fleet, training, tablets, and the first customers.

How it works

Divoox grows city by city, in any country. Each city opens with a franchise: a partner who knows the city and invests the launch capital.

That money buys a complete launch: our own fleet of 25 to 50 motorbikes so no order goes without a driver, drivers trained in road safety, food hygiene, and customer service, a ready-to-use tablet for every restaurant with the menu in two languages, and finding the first customers with a waitlist and launch promotions.

A large city can be split into several zones, each with its own franchise. The franchisee gets a dashboard with their territory’s numbers: orders, sales, restaurants, drivers, and incidents, and sees only their own. Each franchise is priced by the size of its territory.

The franchise owner can work with managers from their team: each one signs in to the same dashboard with their own email, oversees orders, and handles incidents in their territory.

If you enter your address in Divoox and we’re not there yet, the app tells you which cities we’re already in and which zones are opening soon.

Steps

  1. Open the investor page: “City franchises,” at the bottom of any Divoox page.
  2. Fill in the “I want a Divoox franchise” form: your city, available capital, your experience, and when you’d like to start. Once you send it, if you have the minimum capital, you can also message us on WhatsApp.
  3. You get an email with the private link to your case. Our team prepares your city’s numbers and replies there.
  4. Once it’s signed, our team gives you access to your dashboard with your email, and to the managers on your team you tell us about.
